NFP House Assisting Local Groups with Grant Applications

The NFP House team has been busy these past few months working on identifying eligible grants and writing grant applications with local community groups! NFP House has been providing a free of charge grant writing service to organisations within the Gladstone Local Government Area that have been effected by COVID-19 Pandemic. This program is the result of a collaboration between Shell’s QGC business and Gladstone Regional Council (GRC).

The grants writer service is helping local businesses and community groups to identify and apply for grants and administer grant funds by:

  • RESEARCH: Identify and increase visibility of available grants, including government and corporate sector opportunities;
  • WRITING ASSISTANCE: Assist to successfully apply for funding and administer resulting grants;
  • BUILDING SKILLS: Build the skills and capacity to successfully identify and apply for grants into the future
