Organisational Assessments
Assessment Process
Is your goal to build the capacity of your organisation to grow your share of the market, increase sustainability, survive audit, or achieve better success with funding applications or tenders but you’re unsure what improvements need to be made to do this? Then a NFP House Organisational Assessment will benefit your organisation. The Organisational Assessment process works with you to assess the current health of your organisation, produce an individual report card for your organisation and establish an improvement plan that will ensure your organisation is on track to achieve its goals.

Art Matters Gladstone
ART Matters participated in the assessment and report card process with the professional guidance of NFP House. The information provided through the report has empowered us to focus on areas of importance as a not-for-profit and has helped us to prioritise what really matters. This has definitely added value to our organisation and we'd like to thank NFP House for their support.

Gladstone Eisteddfod
Thank you for assisting me in the arduous task of getting our application in for the grant. And please thank Bernadette for her wonderful assistance. I felt we achieved a milestone in the history of the Eisteddfod.

Ride4lives
"Ride4Lives conducted an organisational review "health check" with Not for Profit House recently and discovered the different areas where we need to build on for strategic planning and the long term goals for our organisation.
