Do You Need Help With Grant Writing?
Thanks to Shell QGC, Gladstone’s community groups are being given a powerful boost with new grant writing services designed to sharpen skills, build confidence, and increase success in securing funding.
From workshops to one-on-one support, the program takes the guesswork out of grant applications and helps local organisations put their best foot forward.
The first Grant Writing Workshop will run on Wednesday 22 October 2025, 5pm–7pm at the Phillip Street Precinct (Maxine Brushe Meeting Room 1), with a second session planned for early 2026. These interactive workshops will step participants through the key stages of writing a winning application – from finding the right grant to hitting the criteria funders are looking for.
But the support doesn’t stop there. Organisations can also access:
- Tailored guidance to match projects with the right funding opportunities.
- Pre-submission reviews to polish applications and ensure they tick all the boxes.
- Post-submission feedback for unsuccessful applicants, turning knock-backs into stronger future applications.
